At IronShift, we are committed to delivering your Titan Core earbuds as fast as possible. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively to addresses within Canada and the United States.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

• Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

• IronShift is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

• While most orders to the USA under $800 are duty-free, Canadian shipments may occasionally be subject to GST/HST/PST upon delivery depending on your province. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your country.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check your mailbox and with neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us at support@ironshift.tech for a replacement.
